Each plaque includes:
• FREE setup—select a donor/recognition theme (for example, "Volunteer of the Month" or "Top 2016 Donors") and upload below
• FREE plate engraving
• FREE ground freight for engraved plates
Includes Header title and 12 individual plates for your release as needed. Individual plates include permanent adhesive backing. Receive plaque with your title and any engraved plates ordered on initial order in as little as 10 days after art approval. Plates ordered afterward will arrive in 7 working days or less.
