The Y in the World Deck was created to help all Y staff and volunteers:
• Understand that the Y is a global charitable organization that addresses critical social issues
• Discover how the work of our global Movement connects to our local YMCAs’ efforts to advance our cause of strengthening community
• Be inspired to develop a global lens and seek ways to advance our cause both at home and abroad
This deck includes:

• (20) Country cards featuring selected YMCAs from around the world. All YMCAs highlighted are partners with YMCA of the USA – World Service
• (4) Action cards highlighting four key ways you can advance global YMCA work: Advance Global Leadership, Develop Global Partnerships, Serve Immigrant Communities and Support World Service. We invite you to experiment and develop more of your own activities.
